ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS OF REGULAR PRODUCTS:
- You can cancel your order any time before your payment is made without charge.
- If you wish to cancel your order after you have made a payment to DAPPER, please follow these steps:
- If the products are not yet shipped:
- Please send an email to email@example.com including your order number references and your payment option.
- We will refund back to you in store credit or cash coupons at the value that you have cancelled the order.
- If the products have already shipped:
- The products have already shipped cannot be cancelled unless there are any factory defects.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
At DAPPER, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you find that a product is not as described, you can return them to DAPPER for exchange or refund, provided they are unused within the next 14 days after the receive date
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number reference with the pictures of defective product.
- There will be 2 options for exchanging the products:
- Visit your selected DAPPER store to exchange the product in person.
- Exchange the product via Postal Service by sending the defective item back to our head office at the following address: 662/51-59 Soi Charoensuk, Rama IV, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110 Thailand
- The product can be exchanged for any items of the same price. If you would like to exchange for a product that is priced higher, you will be asked to pay the difference in price.
- Please note that returned items are not eligible for cash refund, you will instead receive store credit or a store voucher.
- Please send an email email@example.com including your order number reference with the pictures of defective product.
- Once you have received our confirmation, you can send the defective item back to DAPPER head office at the following address: 662/51-59 Soi Charoensuk, Rama IV, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110 Thailand
- Once we have received the returned item we will confirm your refund.
